Victorian Warehouse Office Conversion Kensington

The Warwick Building is a large Victorian warehouse, comprising approx. 80,000 ft² of accommodation, arranged over five floors.  This locally listed landmark building had fallen into disuse and disrepair before being acquired by a developer, with the aim of converting it into high quality office accommodation.

Graham Norman, under the auspices of Child Graddon Lewis, was the lead architect responsible for this transformation, which retained the character of the original building whilst providing, within the constraints of the historic fabric, all the requirements of a highly serviced modern office building.  On completion the building was fully let to a global advertising agency and promoted the further regeneration of the surrounding area - which is now home to a thriving community of advertising and media companies.
