Town Centre Regeneration Guildford

Norman Architects have prepared initial design proposals for the redevelopment of Pannells Court in Guildford Town Centre.

The regeneration of this site, on behalf of a private developer, would replace a number of dilapidated and underutilised office buildings with approximately 10,000ft² (930m²) of modern commercial office and retail space; together with 20 residential units and under-croft car parking.

The scheme will enhance and enliven the local street scene; retaining and refurbishing a number of listed buildings on the site whilst increasing the existing retail frontage and improving pedestrian connections with the nearby high street.
