Edwardian Terraced House Extension + Modernisation Greenwich

Our clients, Gerald and Hannah, bought their neglected terraced Edwardian property in the Royal Borough of Greenwich with visions of turning it into a stylish, comfortable family home.   Norman Architects have re-designed the existing layout and extended on the ground floor and in the loft, to improve the accommodation for this growing family.  A new glass box extension across the rear of the property enhances the physical and visual connection to the garden area. 

Norman Architects have re-designed the garden to maximise the even lawn area, suitable for children’s games and garden parties.  Roof-mounted renewable solar collectors collect heat from the sun, which is then used to heat up the water stored in a hot water cylinder.
